I have experience with vbulletin, and I have a lot of knowledge of them.

I would like to make a suggestion; I wouldn't make too many forums. It will hinder server loads. The setup you have right now is perfect.

When you add too many forums, it only results in higher quary count. Game Specific forums are nice to have, but what you have for those games is perfect right now. The more forums you make, it will accelerate the memory consumption of the site. Add the game forums when you see a specific niche coming over to your site. For example, right now would be the perfect time to add a MW2 forum if MW2 was coming to OnLive.
