Thumbs up OnLive: Mafia II Review

Check out my first review of Mafia II!

The whole story begins in the 1940s and then continues throughout the 1950s. If you love the music and cars from this era you will enjoy the vast driving journeys around the city. Lots and lots of driving in fact, which is where the majority of your time will be spent in Mafia II.

Amazing classic series that so many gamers love! The story was great, but truly the game could be more opened and more things to do in it would have been good.

There's a million ways to see the things in life, a million ways to be the fool. And in the end of it none of us is right, sometimes we need to realize.

Picked it up while it was on sale for $6.00 and it was so worth it. Heard some complaints about spending to much time driving which I will agree could get repetitive but overall it's worth playing for the story line.

I got it cheap, too (in fact I think I got it free), and it is well worth it when on sale, but "worth playing for the story line"? Maybe if you've never seen The Godfather! Seriously, they ripped off alot stuff from some of the best mobster movies, but I did think the characters were pretty awesome; the dialogue and the character presentation was great.

    Solid review!

I must feel like it could end on a bigger bang or be a tad longer.
