This morning there were a fair number of additions to the OnLive service – mostly to the PlayPack, but there was also two PlayPass releases as well. Without further ado, let’s get started:

PINEAPPLE SMASH CREW (PlayPack)

Pineapple Smash Crew is a tactical blast-em-up game developed by Rich Edwards and published by Rich Make Game!, with a soundtrack created by the legendary chiptune artist Syphus. Here’s some details on the game:

PSC features tight squad formation shooting, aliens, robots, zombies and grenades – loads and loads of grenades! Level up and choose wisely from an assortment of devastating grenade-launched weaponry… PSC’s unique modern-retro flavour will take you back to the classics of old then smash you back into the present with a ‘ka-boom!’

Syder Arcade is a side-scrolling shooter inspired by the PC and Amiga classics. It was developed and published by Studio Evil. Here’s the about info:

Zeno Clash is a unique fighting game mixed with FPS elements. The gameplay has a strong focus on melee fighting blended with ranged combat using unconventional weapons.

The innovative close combat mechanics are also a deviation from traditional action in the first-person genre that will feel fresh for new and veteran players alike.

Zeno Clash is set in the punk fantasy world of Zenozoik, a land of exotic places and bizarre creatures. Players take on the role of Ghat, a man banished by his own brothers and forced to begin a desperate journey for survival through the forbidden desert and to the end of the world.

SID MEIER’S CIVILIZATION V (PlayPack) and Bundle (PlayPass)
