How do you think payment will be handled. I hope it won't be limited to credit card. Maybe there will be options like the iTunes card.

I think it will probably work just like Netflix, so ya credit card, instant payment options.

I think it would be in OnLive's best interest to cover as many payment options as possible while remaining legal and secure. The likely candidates will be:

Credit Card
Paypal
Game Card

Credit card or game card, but not Paypal. They'll make it as secure as payment options are for existing game consoles, so Paypal would be out.

My guess is that they will only accept Credit Cards. But who am I? :)

Going with the trend of successful programs such as Itunes, I wouldn't be surprised if you could purchase pre-paid cards that had some sort of "point" value to them. Other than that it will most likely be credit card only.

i think they mentioned somewhere that it would be comprible to xbox live. so basically you would be paying almost the same price as for live, and you still get the connection to the service, the servers, the friends list and all that good stuff, plus even more.

oh yea, and you get a forever top of the line console in there too. for the same price? sounds good to me.

The more I think about this the payment system WILL be MSP. So yeah, buy your credits on the console, on the web, or on game cards sold at game stop.

the console points and in store cards may be true, but for sure you can just use a regular credit (and debit here in the usa :) ) card. They have already shown that in some of the videos that are up exploring the service.
