I never had any problem with Tig. But the last couple of days I've seen a number of questionable posts from him. Oh well.

Tig, we all seemed to get along with you great. You just went a little overboard with some of the pictures. Some of us (myself as an example) check this forum from our work machines throughout the day. While nothing that you posted was pornographic per se, it's not something I'd want my supervisor or co-workers (who are all women ironically) to see as I'm scrolling through a thread. Other than the questionable content that you've posted here recently, I've enjoyed having you on this site.

Man, I'm really sorry to see this post. I've been following your threads for ages now, and rarely don't I get a kick out of them. Unfortunately a few of your recent posts were a tad more obscene, to the point of no longer being tasteful. Rather than simply removing the posts with no explanation, suspending your account or banning it we decided to take a route we always take: we approached you. It was a simple, non-hostile and clear approach. Also, it was the first time we've ever had to mention anything to you - and as far as I know the first time you've provided any negative feedback with regards to the management of this forum.

With all of this said, I'm kind of shocked by how you've responded. Not that you're upset, but that you're making it into a public drama when we were tactful enough to contact you privately. Also, that you're just simply asking for your account to be deleted here. I really expected more from you. You're usually one to hash a topic out, rather than just throw the towel in.

No one wants you gone. In fact it is the complete opposite. We want you here, which is why we advised you on how to make sure the relationship you have with this community could be improved upon.

I won't stop you from leaving, but no one will be deleting your account. You can stop using your account, that's your prerogative.

Can't we talk this out? :)

I don't see moderating posts that contain questionable content as censorship myself. I know they are intended to be fun, playful and such but they just aren't appropriate for a growing community and there are plenty of other places that they are more appropriate. I find nothing pornographic about the photos, but there is still an appropriate time and place for everything and that place and time isn't here and now.

Also, AFAIK, the OnLive community thus far has been exceedingly male dominated, but in reality gaming is something that people of all genders do, and they shouldn't be objectified or made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable due to posts like that in a gaming forum. I'd love to see a more representative percentage of females enjoying OnLive and the community here.

Tig, I love having you around, thats why I simply issued you a verbal warning. I just have to keep the interest of the community here my top priority.

Not sure if this is totally relevant but so far every time I edit your posts Tig I only remove a few letters in the F bomb or remove and add in some: %&$ (Etc...) Sad to see you leave, however I must agree that some things do go a slight bit overboard and generally if you look over we are more relaxed than your average forum would be. However if you have any problems with us removing some of your posts then please send the moderator in question (Or another if unsure whom did it) a PM as we are quite reasonable too. :)
