Hello,

Recently, we've received a few requests for an OnLiveFans username change. This is perfectly OK, however, it reminded us (the staff) that we have no "official" policy/procedure for requesting a username change. So here it is. :)

To request a username change, send a Private Message to all of the administrators (admin (http://onlivefans.com/member.php?1-admin), Darq (http://onlivefans.com/member.php?149-Darq), AlexTheLion (http://onlivefans.com/member.php?93-AlexTheLion), NIKOPWR (http://onlivefans.com/member.php?117-NIKOPWR)) containing the following information:

Your current username
Your desired username
The reason for the change

We are pretty relaxed here and will generally grant all username change requests. However, we do reserve the right to deny your request for any reason, but if we do, we'll let you know why. Generally, your username request will be denied if:

Your desired username is vulgar
Your desired username is sexually explicit
You do not provide a reason for the change
Your desired username is already in use

Your reason doesn't have to be anything special, it can be "I just want it changed because username x is cooler!" and it will most likely be approved if it is in accordance with the above conditions.

Currently, there is no limit to the number of times you can request a username change, although this is subject to change. Again, if your request is denied, we will reply with a reason and work it out on a case-by-case basis.

To sum it up, will will almost always approve username change requests, but changing what is essentially your forum identity is a big choice and you may want to let your fellow forum members know of the change.

If you have any questions, either create a thread about it in this (the help) forum, or Private Message an administrator.

Sincerely,

The OnLiveFans forum staff
