Cheers and Jeers (or thanks):
Instead of the rep button, could we replace it with a Cheers and Jeers button? Cheers would add rep, and Jeers would lower it. OR at least add a Thanks button. So then use users can thank posters for certain comments and/or posts.
There has been several times when I wanted to Thank a Poster for something. Like the wifi workaround thread. I had to add rep, I would of enjoyed a thank you button. There is a add-on like this over at Androidforums (i will not post link, google is your friend). They use vBulletin 3.8.5. Everytime someone clicks the thanks button, it will show a block under the post showing who all thanked you. This could easily be modded to say Cheers. There is a way to remove your thanks, and we could edit that to say Jeers. But adding just a Jeers button could be difficult, You would have to modify the Thanks add-on, and make it remove reputation.
OR you can script one yourself. Which I really don't know how to do, but I could install a nulled version (free full version) of vbulletin to a home server (so i dont get arrested lol) to do some modifications and see what i can come up with.

OnliveFans.com Main page Designed like Onlive Dashboard or Intro?:
It would look similar to the Onlive dashboard with links it square. This can be done in flash, or images. Flash wouldn't take much time but images would probably be faster. Have the center button be the Onlivefans forum button. You would have to make changes and possibly talk to onlive staff and get permission to use their logo on the front page so they dont take legal action against you.
This is only for if you want somewhat of an intro and adding more websites. It is possible to record the intro of onlive and use it has a video for a intro page, with the permission of onlive of course. Which doesn't look like it might be a problem considering YouTube is big on copyrighting and I have yet to see a video taken down for Onlive videos. And for those who want to just get in, have a link or a button saying Skip Intro.

•Tapatalk Plugin for Android, iPhone, etc... Cell phones:
The application cost $4.99 to buy for the phone, and the plugin for the forums are free. All you do is download the plugin from http://www.tapatalk.com/ and then you will be added to their list and people can post from their phones. I am not sure about administrating or moderating abilities working. However, you can contact tapatalk staff and they will create you a free version so we can download it for free and we will be able to post and what not without buying the full version. They did this with xda-developers which is amazing in my eyes considering I own an Android Powered Phone.

•Increase KB size for avatars:
It was very difficult for me to find an avatar that was under 19kb. You can easily increase this in the settings. Maybe 100kb at the most? or 50kb? A lot of the avatars I had wanted to use were 80kb and lower. This all depends on your hosting however. We dont wanna overload the space.

•Graphic Design Forums:
I was going to ask some of the OnliveFans here if they could make me a signature bar then I noticed we didn't have a Graphics section. It could be put in the Off Topic section. I know there is a lot of talent here at OnliveFans. And I am kinda looking forward to see what our users can come up with. There could even be graphic design tournaments with prizes... Read next suggestion...

Reward Points:
With our tournaments, we could offer forum reward points. Kinda like online money but in the form of text. This could let us buy certain features on the forum. Such as name change, custom titles, access certain boards, etc. although I assume the post count would be capable of accessing certain boards. This would require a lot of scripting I believe. Unless you want to do it manually and have administrators and moderators take away points, and change our name for us. This would take time but be more easy because I highly doubt we will have loads of tournaments. This would require a new board for Reward Points and what we can buy with our points so we can post our request, then have 1-3 staff take care of that. But I have no idea how your moderation is set up to know if they have access in editing profiles. There might be a add-on out there for what i am talking about.

Facebook/Myspace status/mood in profile:
I have done this to a SimpleMachine Forum awhile back as well as Drupal. A simple add-on can be found at vBulletin's add-on section easily. This would let us know how our users are doing instead of adding each other on Facebook and Myspace. It is also good for us users who want to stay away from those type of social networking websites. This is just a random suggestion by the way lol.
Thinking about it, this might be a bad idea. Sometimes getting to know someones feelings can turn someone against you. I have had this happen to me many times, and I know others had this happen to them. Cruel thing really. Up to you.

Chat Overlay like Facebook and Myspace:
There are plenty of plugins for this I am sure. They had them for Drupal and Joomla content managers. I am almost sure they have them for forums because forums are a little more popular. If this is available at the vBulletin add-ons page, it should have a online and offline friends. Chatting with both friends, and other users like a shoutbox. It would be connected to our accounts so we wouldnt have to signup for the chat itself. It would be an overlay so it would always be up-to-date exactly like Facebook and Myspace. This would also let us get rid of our current Chat box. It is a better idea in my opinion. I had this working on my site a few months back, never turned to other chats again :p
I believe they can also be tied to our facebook and myspace accounts so we can talk to our friends on there as well. I am not sure, you would have to look more into it.

OnliveFans.com Mobile Website:
If you choose to not talk to tapatalk and get a custom application created, then the next best bet would to give us access to the mobile version. The website itself works on my phone, but it does take time loading, but it is laggy when scrolling. Once again, its a simple add-on.

Fixing Theme for Message Editor:
When posting, the Bold, Italic, Underline, are not visible unless you mouseover them. Also maybe adding a CTRL+B, CTRL+I, and CTRL+U, as hotkeys for the bold, italic, and underline :D

I would like this thread to stay open because I would be updating it when I think of more suggestions.
Furthermore, apologies for if any of these ideas have been suggested. I only went through the first page of the suggestions and never saw any of them.
Will update soon :D
Update #1
Subscription Default set to "Through my control panel only":
When posting, the default is always "Daily Using Email" which spammed my email address with lots of email with updated posts. A simple change in settings can change this.
Update #2
[/COLOR]Add Strike-through BBCode as :
Strike-through is something we could all use for updating our threads. Simple option in vBullet I believe.
• is my green light for suggestions that were accepted.
Update #3
Thanks you for giving us the Graphics forums!!! Updated for green light. Also fixed the Strike-through suggestion by removing the green light added by accident.
