Yeah, so this might seem over the top at first, but it'd be really great to have an official OnLive rep to assist in answering the many questions we have here. If the team here should consider it a possibility, it wouldn't hurt at all to send an email request to the OnLive team, reasoning that the answers here in the forum would be read by hundreds of members and guests alike, most likely putting quite a dent in their incoming support mail.
