OnLiveFans.com is currently looking for qualified individuals to moderate the OnLiveFans.com community. We're expanding, and if you've been following the community for a while you can see that activity is on the rise. We are looking for passionate individuals who have a desire to guide and improve our community. We are not interested in anyone that is quick to judge, hot-headed or doesn't believe that banning should be a last resort.
This is currently and indefinitely on a strictly volunteer bases. No compensation is offered, nor should be expected.
If you feel you would be a good fit we are happy to hear from you. Please read on. :)
Position: Moderator for OnLiveFans.com
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor OnLiveFans.com forum and sub-forums
Edit/remove inappropriate posts & threads
Defuse heated arguments between users
Collect feedback from users and present implementation into OnLiveFans
Help expand OnLiveFans
Run contests and events with the OnLiveFans community
Remove any spam or advertising
Help users adhere to forum rules & guidelines
Help determine rules & guidelines for OnLiveFans.com community
Preferred qualifications:
Previous forum moderation experience
Very thick skinned
Understanding of vBulletin moderation features & tools
Strong grasp of the English language
Ability to spell
Passion for gaming, and the cloud gaming movement

Please note that we are very, very busy at the moment and it may be a week or more before we are able to get back to you. We do not have a specific amount of volunteer moderators that we are looking for, but we will let you know if all the positions have been filled.
