Hello to all members of Onlivefans, we as a moderation team wish to make this the best experiance possible for you, so we have decided to answer some frequently asked questions and explain some features of this forum.

Some frequently asked questions:

Q:How do I post?

A:There are two ways to post in this forum, one is to use the "quick reply" option, one is to use the "post reply" button. If you want to use the first option, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page you are on, and you will see a box, click in that box with your mouse and you will see a cursor appear. Type your reply and then simply hit the button that says "post quick reply." If you want to use the second option, scroll down to the bottom of the page you are on, and click the button that appears in the bottom-left hand corner that says "post reply." You will be sent to a new page with a big text box, type your message in that box, and then hit "post reply." When you post with this option, it is easier to use emoticons and use BB code.

Q:How do I edit my posts?

A:Editing a post is simple, and better than posting twice in a row, to edit your post, simple click the "edit" button that appears in the lower right-hand corner of your post, and type in what you want, then at the lower right-hand corner of of the editing box, hit the button that says "save".

Q:What is reputation, and how do I use and/or give it?

A:Reputation is a feature of this forum, and it is a feature that lets members "rep" other members, in other words, you can compliment and/or criticize them on their post. To use this feature, simply click on the icon on the post box that looks like weights, its the second icon from the left. A drop-down menu will appear and then you can select whether you approve or disapprove of this post, you can also add a comment, but it is optional. Then just click the button that says "Add to Reputation."

Q:How do I easily find information in the forum?

A:In this forum, there is a search function that allows you to search for keywords and phrases. There is a button on the top bar that is the third one from the right that says "search", click on it and a drop-down box will appear.
Enter what you are looking for and click "go". If nothing comes up, feel free to create a thread to ask.

Be sure to check out the forum FAQ (http://www.onlivefans.com/faq.php) that explains in detail how all technical aspects of the board work.

Not the same time as USA but they will probably expand when they get the bugs out...

Thanks for your question, however this thread is for questions pertaining to the FAQ, not Onlive. Please check out the Onlive Discussion & Information (http://www.onlivefans.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2) thread for news and questions pertaining to the Onlive service.

Thanks,

Alex

Hi

I'm not sure what Revilo62RAWR meant. Speculation based on the various videos and interviews I've read: they're shooting for having OnLive available outside of the US a year or so after the North American launch. This allows for them to stablize the technology and company. :)

That's kinda what I meant lol, I mean when they make sure it runs smoothly and make sure they know how much servers they need to keep lag at a minimal then when it's working near perfect I think they will release other places... Maybe a little earlyer? IDK I'm guessing most of that xP

No one really knows about activition's titles' availability on OnLive, however so far there are several titles confirmed which can be found here (http://www.onlive.com/service/hot_new_games.html)

I think that is the Arena, I'm not sure what the showcase is. I could be wrong though. Maybe the Arena is where you watch your friends play and the showcase is where you can watch the best people play?
