HTML5 a New Era!!!

all i can say is wow try it on vimeo and youtube its crazey it loads crazy fast!!! its as if it aint streaming my conection is about 5mbps so compair that to what ever but the neat thing about this is my IPHONE/IPODTOUCH CAN NOW WATCH STREAMING VIDEO WITHOUT THE FLASH BARRIER!!!! i can relly see html5 taking off if it dose adobe flash is screwed. btw to try this out go to http://www.youtube.com/html5 and on www.vimeo.com there is like a switch to html5 player down the botttom right just below the actual video oh and u need chrome or some version of safarie to run it. dot work in ie or ff just jet but oh boy oh boy flash is screwed infact lets have a poll.

I like HTML5, it has a big future, the youtube player is great, but I'm having some buffering issues with HD I don't get in the flash version.

HTML5 is looking good, but PHP and ajax is where its at.

yea html5 it still like a beta and not yet w3c approved but i recon by march it will we a commen lanuage.:nerd:

Youtube doesn't support HTML5 for firefox? I looked it up and firefox 3 is supposed to support the <video> and <audio> HTML tags. Why doesn't it work?

Not as far as i knew only chrome and safair fully support it nativly firefox and ie migh support it through google fram or somthing i think its called. Personally i user chrome.
