Will there be any type of intergration between onlive and say for instance people who play xbox live and if not will we have to buy games again that we already have?

You should try to give your opinion as well DOODLES ;)
To the first, NO WAY unless microsoft buy out OnLive - just wont happen because of the competition. And even if they tried in agreement it would be hard since they are running on completely different technologies.
The second is very unlikely. OnLive is good for publishers as it cuts down on costs - to allow you to redownload games you already have is unreliable theres no real fair system and the publishers wouldn't make money by putting their games onto the service.
Couldn't they use the proof of purchase code on the back of the game?

Yea but then anyone can go into a shop, quickly jot the code down from the game case and then get the game for free. Thats what i mean by there isn't a fair system.

I think it depends on the future deals they work out with other companies.

This is the big question..but there is not really going to be a definitive answer until more information comes out. My guess is we won't know anything substantial on this topic until the beta comes out.
