yea man, i thought it would be at least a good 10 years before that would be possible, but with the documentaries that are airing, the news broadcast (saw one with 8 different people, including news anchors, politicians, etc and only one person was against it), commercials and all sorts of stuff. it really has a chance this year.

Word. It sounds like if states legalize it, federal agents can still bust you for it. They won't completely legalize it, just not have fines for possessions of small amounts - i.e. amounts you aren't dealing. I've never been caught, but having the drug more widely accepted would certainly be nice. I'm not ashamed that I'm a casual toker, however a lot of people frown upon that, particularly chicks. :p
